Piedmont House wishes to greet the University of California community by offering an affordable daily or weekly rental rate.
Piedmont House is a “single room short-term occupancy" residence house located at 2434 Piedmont Ave., Berkeley, just over 3 short blocks from the University. Our rates start at $55.00 per night for a small private (lockable) room, and we are offering a 10% discount, to $49.50 per night, for a 7-day or longer stay.
We also offer a 10% discount for multiple rooms, and an additional 10% discount for 4 weeks or more.
Piedmont House also offers a few shared rooms, starting at $32/night per person.
Piedmont House provides a community kitchen so our guests can survive affordably in Berkeley. We have a beautiful roof deck, a community room, and free wi-fi.
We are just over three short blocks from campus and from International House and a short walk to bookstores, cafes and famous purveyors of international cuisine (three blocks to famous Telegraph Avenue). Close by, there is great hiking, museums, and a well-regarded botanical garden. There are frequent farmers markets and Piedmont House has a common kitchen area.
